More Cheer Alerts and Variations

-We need more cheer alerts. 5 is absolutely pitiful and even paying to get 10 is not enough for those of us who like having special bit alerts. It seems dumb that you can do a seemingly unlimited number of sub alerts but cheers are limited.

-Also having the ability to set a SPECIFIC number of bits or subs for alerts, not simply a minimum. Alerts for meme/special amounts don’t work the same when you can only set a minimum.

-It would also be handy to be able to do alerts for specific viewers, like having a special alert when a certain person subs.
