Having the option to get rid of the cooldown feature

Not fully getting rid of the Cooldown feature. Just have the option to either turn it on or off but also have the cooldown feature be its own thing with many other alert sounds. For example, I would like to have my TTS not have a cooldown for one minute while for other alert sounds having a cooldown would be a good idea. I just want to option to set my own cooldown timer for my alerts. Don't get rid of the main cooldown but give the streamers options to choose which alert has a cooldown or not. Sorry if I don't make any sense I am just annoyed that my viewers don't get to interact with me more because of this cooldown (even though it's a minute I would prefer to interact with them more)
