Viewer Sound Modifications

It would be great if the viewer could, not only play a sound, but change how it's played, like high pitch/low pitch, or echo-y, or slow motion played, etc. sound modification ideas are endless! and be sure to include previews on it, so viewers would know what it would sound like as well!
