Ability to delay overlay message after sound

Sometimes viewers try to do jump scares or pretend game sounds but it can be spoiled by the streamer seeing the overlay popup on their stream view. It would be good to have a way to delay the overlay message by X seconds after the sound plays (just like the chat message delay)
