An option to let viewers select sounds from other presets the streamer has created on the dashboard. This would allow viewers to choose from a lot more sounds than the current 30 sounds limit.

An alert that only plays if a certain number of users click the button, I.E. 10 viewers click the button to RickRoll the streamer. 
This could help boost engagement between community members who could coordinate between themselves to play that obnoxious 3-minute clip that was previously reserved for a 1000-bit donation, instead letting viewers contribute whatever amount to push towards the goal. Bits and Points aren't deducted unless the goal is achieved and the sound is played, of course.
A 0-bit, 0-point option could play alerts if a number of users click the button within for example 60 seconds.

A sound alert that plays an audio file uploaded by the viewer or from the library. Clips should be very short, maybe a 5/10 second limit.

It would be great if the viewer could, not only play a sound, but change how it's played, like high pitch/low pitch, or  echo-y, or slow motion played, etc. sound modification ideas are endless! and be sure to include previews on it, so viewers would know what it would sound like as well!

I want to give my viewers a chance to spam me with free sounds, nobody pays me anyway. How do I take away the one-minute cooldown on free sounds? If this is not possible, I ask the developers to add such an opportunity. I do not want to force my viewers to pay for the opportunity to fart in my headphones.

As a streamer I would like to have cooldowns for individual sound alerts. This is so I don't get spammed the same sound alert continuously, without needing to resort to increasing the bits cost

sound alerts based on the current game the streamer is playing. this would allow viewers to mess with streamer with alerts based on sounds in the game. Create button presets for this.

Set a stream category for your sound buttons profiles. When you change your stream category on Twitch, Sound Alerts automatically switches to the corresponding profile.
