Add ability to directly switch between accounts you manage

I'd like the ability to switch directly between accounts I manage. At the moment you need to switch to your own account before you can switch to another account you manage (managed account 1->own account->managed account 2). It was be much easier if it was possible to switch from managed account 1 directly to managed account 2
