Add more Chat Messages for Alerts

If I had the ability to send multiple chats from an event such as a raid, I could have a chat response as one chat message (user raids with # raiders) and use the second chat message to trigger a command such as !raiders to thank each raider, or even a third chat message to start a raffle with !raffle.
