Add optional subscription tier alert

I was looking at adding some alerts through this system for Subs, I was looking at setting a different one for T1-T3, However, I realised that its just for any sub. Could you please add an optional dropdown or something to allow specific tier selection (defaulting to all). Sorry if this is a double send, I tried to check if the one I submitted showed up but could not see it.
