Allow for channel point redeems to be created/handled Twitch side

I need to create point redeem profiles on Twitch’s side to manage them with a third-party tool (in my case, streamer.bot) and to do this, I need to be able to pair sound alerts with an existing redeem rather than create/manage it on SA’s side.

That would still allow to limit redeem amount (though I’d like to add I find 10 slots max a bit limiting) but we’d have more freedom regarding management of redeems.
