Allow Sound Alerts To Be Longer than 60 Seconds

With Dashboard update 1.0.8, Sound Alerts are now limited to a 60 second duration. This is extremely disappointing! Long sound alerts can be fun and highly engaging, and streamers are naturally incentivized to charge more for these. Can we get this functionality back? If it's a bandwidth cost concern, the maximum length could be tied to the bit cost. If nothing else, transparency about why this was removed would be appreciated.
