Assign Media to Event

In the Alert Animation Editor, allow users to set a media layer to only appear for specific events (follow/sub/etc.). This would allow a single alert animation to cover multiple uses without requiring the user to create upwards of 10 duplicates (and would ensure that changes remain consistent across variations).
