Be able to reduce the volume of alerts by up to 1% (currently 10%)

Hi, it would be really useful if we could lower the volume of alerts even further. At the moment, the volume is set between 10% and 100%. Why couldn't we lower it to 1%, when 10% isn't enough to make the sound quieter? In short, I suggest to allow the volume to be reduced by up to 1%! Thanks, I hope to see this one day!
