Bits leaderboard and label with last bits user

The bits leaderboard is missing, the last user to have used bits and quantity. To encourage people to use Sound Alerts more, the goal bar for the bits is present, but the leaderboard and last user are missing, it would be nice to have them available, perhaps together with other leaderboard, people like leaderboard.
