Emote Wall Not working properly

On stream and on the dashboard, all emotes appear at the top left corner of the screen. And with the Baloon Pop animation they will spread out randomly on screen just before the end of the animation. It happens with all animation settings. (There's 38 emotes stacked on that image, animation: Random.)
