As a streamer I would like to have cooldowns for individual sound alerts. This is so I don't get spammed the same sound alert continuously, without needing to resort to increasing the bits cost

Als Streamer würde ich gerne Abklingzeiten für einzelne akustische Warnungen haben. Das ist, damit ich nicht ständig mit demselben Soundalarm gespammt werde, ohne dass ich die Kosten für die Bits erhöhen muss.
