I want to let my viewers spam.

I want to give my viewers a chance to spam me with free sounds, nobody pays me anyway. How do I take away the one-minute cooldown on free sounds? If this is not possible, I ask the developers to add such an opportunity. I do not want to force my viewers to pay for the opportunity to fart in my headphones.
