Issues I'm having

Hi, I use sound alerts on my stream but I am having a problem that no-one seems to be able to help me with. When I test my sounds, they work fine but when they are used on stream they have a static sound to them, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, added new alerts and still the same problem....If you wish to see what I mean...you can see it 2 streams ago on my twitch, I need this to start working properly. Please Help!!!
