Link sound alerts between channels

It'd be interesting to have a temporary link between sound alerts between channels. Say I'm playing with someone else and someone redeems a sound in my chat. The person I'm collabing with would also be able to hear it and it'd play on their stream. I dunno how hard that would be to implement admittedly. I just thought it was a neat idea.
