Option to disable automatic approvement

Hey there! For IRL Streamer it’s sometimes difficult or not possible to refund channelpoints quickly enough. It would be nice if it could be possible to disable the automatic approvement of the channel rewards that the mods or the streamer could approve it by themself.

Reason: Some IRL Streamer have bluetooth boxes to play the sound alerts which are taken over to the stream with the microphone. if the streamer is a bit far away that the sound isn’t hearable in the stream, he cannot refund it because he don’t know it (for example if no mod is present).
