It's not just for profanity but for the spam filter as well. For instance, the sprinkler tts "Sprinklers go pissssspspspspspspspspspspspspspspspspspspspspspspspspspspspspspspspse" is classed as spam and channel points are refunded. If there are certain phrases like llllllllll which can be annoying we can already add these to blocked words in both sound alerts (as well as twitch and other bots). I understand why you have the spam control, it would just be beneficial for streamers to make their own choice as to what spam is. Maybe default is on, we turn it off.
