Play "Preview" at set volume

Feature Request

When “previewing” alerts in the dashboard, they should be played at the volume that the alert is set to, instead it plays at full volume.

    this would probably be more of a bug report than an idea. i dont mean to be a snitch, or to tell you what to do, but i mean, it does say “do not put bug reports here, only put ideas”.
