Play Sounds on Dashboard when played on stream

I use a cloud based capture card service to stream direct from ps4. I hear the text from the voice to text after the bit has played basically and cannot respond appropriately. I have the dashboard open, I see the text on screen when someone clicks the alert button. What I propose is that there is a way to hear the alerts through the dashboard, with an option to mute for those who do not need/want of course, so we can hear the sound when it is played and react to it. As it is now I have 3 options, react to the text and look weird being offbeat, listen to the stream and hear the alert on stream but again reacting late and hearing all other audio from stream as well (party chat, game audio, text to voice), or just chuckle and thank them for the sound alert without trying to dance along, etc. It would be cool that either on the dashboard or popout from the dashboard, that when an alert is played by a viewer, not only does it show text in the feed but also plays the sound clip from the browser window, with an option to mute for those who do not want.
