Single sub gift alert

At the moment it’s only possible to create alerts for Subscription and Subscription gifts, but not for specific sub gifts like “X gifted a Tier 1/2/3 sub to Y!”. These messages also appear for “mystery gift subs”, but shouldn’t appear in this case, or at least it should be possible to disable these for multi/mystery gift subs.
