Sound isn't working & Installed Correctly

Sound stopped working around a month ago. The URL is copied and paste, inside browser correctly, it's not muted anywhere, also the FAQ page is vague regarding the advance settings, considering the instruction is for OBS and I'm using SLOBS. I know the url is pasted correctly because the alert pops up, the sound never plays?
