Suggestion for Desktop APP

I suggest finding a way to implement video alerts so that they can be seen on a primary display so people are able to 'troll' the streamer. With them just being full sized video alerts it seems less ideal since all it does is troll other viewers and not the streamer. To me, I don't watch OBS as I use guides for some games, so all I hear is just longer audio. But it would be cool if I couldn't see what I'm doing for a few seconds because of the meme.
