Teamwork alerts

An alert that only plays if a certain number of users click the button, I.E. 10 viewers click the button to RickRoll the streamer. This could help boost engagement between community members who could coordinate between themselves to play that obnoxious 3-minute clip that was previously reserved for a 1000-bit donation, instead letting viewers contribute whatever amount to push towards the goal. Bits and Points aren't deducted unless the goal is achieved and the sound is played, of course. A 0-bit, 0-point option could play alerts if a number of users click the button within for example 60 seconds.
