Twitch Web Browser Stream Alerts

I can't seem to find a way to have sound alerts play through the twitch stream on the browser. I stream through my ps4 and have Stream Alerts added to my panels, but nothing plays and it also says I don't have it enabled. If I am missing something that allows that to happen, please tell me, otherwise please see if Sound Alerts can be used through the browser for console streaming. Thanks for your time! Mastr_Baker
