Websocket

Add websocket connection options, to be able to react on an alert with your own bot like Streamer.bot . I have also my own alerts, but I left the alerts for bits here. The problem is, that I will stop the queue of my own soundalerts in SB in case an alert is redeemed here. But I can not do this.
